The three major US stock indexes collectively closed down slightly, with the Dow falling 0.03%, the Nasdaq falling 0.33%, the S & P 500 index falling 0.22%, popular technology stocks rising and falling, Broadcom falling more than 2%, Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft falling less than 1%, Tesla, Nvidia, and Meta rising less than 1%.
