GSR, a cryptocurrency trading and investment firm, today announced that it has entered into a $100 million Private Equity (PIPE) agreement with Upexi, Inc. (NASDAQ: UPXI), a brand owner focused on the development, manufacturing and distribution of consumer goods. The investment follows Upexi's announcement of a strategic shift to a cryptocurrency-based treasury strategy designed to deliver long-term value addition and returns for shareholders. Upexi has committed to establishing a Solana treasury strategy, including the accumulation and pledge of Solana.
