The Russian communications regulator Roskomnadzor has blocked the widely used crypto platform BestChange, one of the largest aggregation platforms for over the counter (OTC) cryptocurrency exchanges in Russia and Eastern Europe. Although Roskomnadzor did not disclose the specific reason, BestChange has been placed on the list of restricted access websites. Platform representatives said that the legal team is actively dealing with the unblocking.
